The installation of the 600 m² glulam structure has been completed, featuring long-span double-tapered beams on padded columns and perimeter sills. The design of the timber structure, based on wind and seismic loads, led to the inclusion of roof and wall bracing in one bay. The structure is to be completed with insulated metal panel roofing and flashing. To complete the architectural project, another typologically identical timber structure with a footprint of approximately 200 m² is currently under construction.
