The construction of the new headquarters for the AIARALDEA cooperative is beginning to take shape.
STUDIOFORNALE structural timber engineering was involved in the structural design of the timber works and in the construction design of the project.
We prepared the CAD/CAM machine files for CNC cutting of both the frame structures and the CLT walls, as well as all the specifications required for the production of the entire project.
All materials were prefabricated in Italy, and therefore the logistics of transportation and assembly were also among the design inputs.
All walls/floors of the upper level are clad with exposed fir and birch panels… we look forward to seeing it completed!
