Fornale Engineering designed the foundation and steel elevation structures for the expansion of the showroom and related residential area on the upper floor of Ottoboni srl in Villafranca di Verona.
The project is characterized by new inclined glass facades that define the intermediate floor slab made with composite concrete slab and profiled steel sheeting.
The upper horizontal closure surfaces are made with 2 steel frames positioned at different heights, subsequently clad with Alucobond-type sheeting; the upper canopies are supported on the facade by tubular columns while at the rear they rest on pre-existing structures.
