Fornale Engineering oversaw the construction management for the renovation of this country villa near Cola di Lazise, Verona.
The renovation project included:
- reconstruction of the ground floor slab with the installation of a ventilated crawl space throughout all rooms;
- replacement of plaster in the lower section of the building with macroporous plaster;
- complete replacement of electrical and heating systems with the installation of photovoltaic and solar panels on the roof;
- construction of new wood-steel access stairs to the floors;
- exterior painting and repair of cracks and crazing;
- replacement of the rainwater drainage system and external waterproofing of the building perimeter.
