Project description

Fornale Engineering è stato incaricato di sviluppare la progettazione strutturale e costruttiva DfMA di un edificio tri-famigliare con struttura in legno CLT in provincia di Ancona.

The building is developed over two levels of 160 sq m each, with a regular floor plan and features a double-pitched roof slab.

CLT timber structures

The elevation structures are made with 3-layer CLT timber panels with a thickness of 100 mm.

The intermediate floor slab is made with CLT panels with a thickness of 180 mm.

The roof slab is a double-pitched type and was designed in glued laminated timber.
