PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involves the construction of a multi-story CLT residential complex.

The roof slabs are divided into 3 blocks: 500 m² gabled, 290 m² sawtooth, and 180 m² flat.
DFmA construction design and shop drawings
The construction design of the CLT panels was particularly complex due to interferences with the steel substructures and the stepped heights along the building’s layout.

Every interference was taken into account, and the appropriate millings on the panels were engineered.

Approximately 200 different panels out of the 480 actually installed were designed using specific CAD/CAM software.

This meticulous design and product engineering work ensured that nearly all of the first 500 m² of the gabled roof slab were installed within the first 5 days.
Assignment
- Detailed design of CLT timber structures;
- DFmA and development of shop drawings for timber and steel structures;
- shopping list;
- assembly plan.
