PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We handled the structural design of this CLT timber villa of approximately 130 sqm in plan and single-story.
The glulam timber roof is of the hipped type and features large canopies along the sides.
These canopies are supported by a steel structure that will be concealed within the false ceiling to remain hidden from view.

XLAM PANEL DESIGN
The load-bearing elevation structures are constructed with 3-layer xlam timber panels with an overall thickness of 120mm.
A raised curb has been provided for the installation of the walls.
The roof slab is of the glulam timber type with ridge beams and secondary beams.
The ridge beam is supported by steel columns that will be concealed within the interior non-structural walls.
