Fornale Engineering has been commissioned for the structural design of 5 multi-story CLT buildings in the Netherlands.
We will be responsible for the definitive and executive design, as well as the DfMA of the buildings.
The project involves approximately 200 residential units for a total of over 7,000 m³ of CLT.
The buildings, constructed on a reinforced concrete first floor, will consist of 7 stories (4 towers) and 13 stories.
All buildings will be R120 fire-resistant and in consequence class C2b.
We will provide assistance from the definitive design phase through to the production of shop drawings, hardware lists, assembly plans, and loading plans.
