Fornale Engineering has been commissioned for the structural design of a multi-story CLT building in Sottomarina – VE.
We will handle the detailed design, construction design, and construction supervision of the structures.
This is a hybrid structure with a reinforced concrete stairwell and a glulam timber frame structure. The floor slab will be made of 5-layer CLT timber with a thickness of 180mm.
The building will be constructed on a reinforced concrete ground floor.
All buildings will be fire-resistant R60 and in consequence class C2b.
