Fornale Engineering has been commissioned for the structural design of a CLT timber residential complex in Fuerteventura.
The project consists of a residential complex comprising 16 units for a total of approximately 2,000 sqm.
The complex will be built using five alternating building models with variable floor plans, each consisting of two floors.
The vertical load-bearing structures will be made of CLT panels, while the floors will be of the platform frame type.
