Renovation work continues on the building located in Verona, for which the decision was made to remove all existing floors due to their deteriorated condition.
The structural design of the intervention includes the construction of an internal steel frame integrated with the load-bearing walls, supporting timber floors with the Turrini-Piazza composite system on each level.
The intervention also included extending the building on the ground floor toward a detached structure, where a bright living area will be created.

The structural design was accompanied by safety coordination both during the design phase (CSP) and the execution phase (CSE). Work is currently ongoing, and we continue our engagement for the mechanical systems and interior finishing phases.
